last a CONTI gained their first victory of the season over
league new comers Hoghton in the LFA Cup. The five nil score line
totally reflected a dominant display by the Casuals with a point
to prove after a poor start to the season. Hopefully this
result will instill some confidence into the squad for our next
league and cup fixtures. Goal scorers for the Casuals were
man of the match Gary Parry (2), Andy Taylor (2) and substitute
Chris Farrar.
